I came across this album a couple days ago while i was searching the web for a little inspiration for my bands new album. At points i lose a little faith in the "Skramz" and "Hardcore" scenes, I feel like i am constantly bombarded with regurgitated music from the top ranking bands that everyone reps on their hoodies at a show, and it is far and few in between when i find something i can say feels new and refreshing to me in this day and age of punk music [End pretentious rant]. But within the first 2 songs of this album i was already throwing it in my notes for a future review. Weaving from intricate twinkley guitars that wouldn't be out of place on Kidcrash's "Jokes" LP, into many a harsh fast/heavy part that could rival many thrash bands out there, Mahria stitches together 7 songs of pure genius seamlessly with wonderful results. Corby's vocals on top of this combo are so addicting that i find this album one of the hardest to put down over the past month.
